Gail knows what she’s talking about. After leaving home at the age of 16, and a rocky start with lots of odd jobs, she made a business decision and became an entrepreneur. During the past 27 years she raised a family of 3, designed and owned three Day spas; a Caribbean residential construction company; and co-owned a successful oil-field service business.

Her real love in life is empowering people to discover their true essence, and now she operates and manages an international personal development coaching practice.

I enjoy working with aspiring entrepreneurs and creative minds, helping them to finally take control of their emotional programs. Through various methods of coaching you will uncover your inner strengths, and use these to break through personal blocks that in the past, kept you from manifesting a rich and satisfying life.

Whether it’s re-programming old habits, embracing new communications styles, or shattering outdated, no-longer-useful belief systems, I incorporate a direct, no-nonsense approach which gets results. Clients gain confidence and self-esteem, have a greater understanding of themselves, develop stronger relationships, and move solidly towards their personal dreams.

A personal shift is often needed to breakthrough the barriers that in the past had one stopped.I understands this concept and have immersed myself in personal growth training since the mid 1990’s.
