I agree with you wholeheartedly Gail, and I’m so happy you are in the world bringing this truth to us. Bringing our conscious and subconscious into alignment is truly the challenge within for purposeful creation! I love the tool you offer of repeating the “I am so happy and grateful” affirmation for 45 days and noticing the shift that takes place. I would love to offer another tool to help speed the process along for anyone who may be interested.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), re-wires the brain to respond differently to a troublesome issue, clearing limiting beliefs, addictions & emotional conflicts. In effect we are able to more quickly and effectively align our sub-conscious and conscious so that we can create what it is we desire. The conflict within is released! Reaching for the butterfly with chains on is very limiting.

I found the key to the lock ~ I’ve had it all along! Thank you for reminding me where to look for it.

Removed the shackles and going easily towards my independence now!

Get out of your “THINKING” mind, and into your “FEELING” heart.
That is a statement I will keep where I will see it often.
I had been hurt so much my heart was NEVER going to get hurt again. So I have been using my “THINKING” mind to do anything. AHA, the “FEELING” heart that I turned off so long ago, needs to be turned back on. Another step in my unfolding. My quantum leap I was wanting.
